A DCI and Victory Phones Partnership
Inside the Minds of Washington Policymakers
How policy makers consume media, form opinions, and influence outcomes in Washington, DC.
About Us
“Policymakers sit at the center of influence and make daily decisions that shape America’s future.”
We Ask DC is a partnership forged in 2025 by DCI and Victory Phones to delve deeper into how and what Washington policymakers think. Understanding policymakers’ evolving views beyond a surface level is where We Ask DC is focused to help organizations communicate and advocate more clearly and effectively.
We Ask DC shares new findings throughout the year — from how policymakers use media and what they read to how they view issues and what they believe voters’ opinions are outside of Washington. Washington policymakers and voters alike are invited to sign up to take part in future polls and/or receive updates when new results are released.
